The job would be a 24 month assignment for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants who will work with Financial Accounting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Accounting Services Team Leaders on a rotational program to develop finance functional skill sets. At the end of the traineeship, depending on the trainees performance, he/she will be assigned to one of the finance functional areas.
Candidate would be a self starter and take responsibility for start to finish for any assignment.
Conceptual clarity in finance functional areas and taxation is required.
Must possess strong business partnering, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to pro-actively assess issues and work out resolutions
Should be a good team player and an effective communicator with a global mindset.
Must be computer savvy, and proficient in MS Office, any of the ERP packages like SAP, Oracle etc.
Experience of working with a reputed accounting and audit firm is desirable but may be relaxed for candidates with exceptionally good academics and background of working with a very good Audit firm.
