We are pleased to announce that Sameer Singhvi is the recipient of the PADC Student of the Year 2006 award .
This award goes to the student who goes "above and beyond" the call of duty, in putting service before self, striving to build a strong relationship between the alumni & campus using the medium of PADC.
Sameer has been an outstanding student and contributor when it came to providing leadership on PADC. He played a key role in getting Pumba TV operationalized. Sameer believes "a man's actions speak louder than his words". We at PADC believe he is an ideal role model for current and prospective students @ PUMBA.
As an Alumni Cell Co-ordinator, Sameer worked with his team to successfully conduct PUMBA Alumni Chapter Meet in various cities across India and successfully send across the message to the alumni to connect on the new age alumni-student platform for PUMBAITES- PADC.
He promoted brand Pumba when his team was shortlisted in the top 25 out of 600 entries in the prestigious Wharton Business Plan Competition this year.
As Sameer steps out in the Corporate World, we wish him all the very best for all his endeavours. We have no doubt that he will bring greater glory to himself and Pumba after he graduates.
Bravo Sameer!

I agree with what Mohit has to say; that "Balancing act" is what determines who is different in the batch in terms of time management...its not easy at all to balance between the hectic curriculum activities and responsibilities as a Cell member. Its obvious to whine about constraints, but its people like you who can shine against all such constraints and set an example (maybe now your juniors can take cues from ur achievements). Congratulations on your effort and well deserved honour.
