| Primary Purpose of the role |
1. Manage day-to-day operations of compensation & benefits operations
2. Timely completion of annual (on grounds of performance or any other) and need based mid-term reviews of compensations of individuals
3. Periodic MIS analysis
4. Continuously assess market changes in competitive compensations and suggest necessary changes in the company compensation structure
5. Suggest restructuring of compensation & benefits package to maximize value for individuals & minimize cost to company
