To carry forward these and all other initiatives, please keep 1st year folks equally involved so that they can pass-on the initiatives to future batches.
Also it will be great if Alumni, who contributed in any cell or initiative during campus days, keep guiding/mentoring/helping along with encouraging criticism to the budding managers.
How about maintaining Cell-wise i-Books (having visions, ideas, concepts, learning lessons, future activities, etc.) to strengthen each Cell activities over the years. These i-Books can be passed-on to next Cell Teams. On implementation level, these can be secure online blogs on PUMBA-Online accessible to authorized users.
Excellent work guys. Its good to see the enthusiasm towards initiatives like these. Am hoping that this "Nexus" of thoughts gets carried forward into future batches as well.

We haven't seen any coverage of the chapter meets either!
