Don’t be surprised if you spot a senior student mentoring
the juniors instead of ragging them. As they say that an elder brother has a
responsibility towards his younger, our seniors are here to prove this point
correct. Our seniors here at PUMBA have taken the initiative to start various
functional specialization forums like marketing, H.R., finance, operations,
etc. wherein topics related to that particular specialization are discussed. Various
management fundas, recent happenings, important concepts which are left out in
the classes are not only taught here but also understood.  The fact that we are actually learning
something here keeps us glued to these forums(Pun intended). Probably the only
lecture in which you cannot see even a single person dozing .Apart from teaching
they also share their experiences with us and also provide us with insights and
tricks about how to clear examinations, which are just invaluable. Hehe... We
juniors are very happy to see the concern our seniors have for us and consider
our self extremely lucky.
