With hindsight things can be so funny.

It
will really be interesting to know who all were in board of satyam,
history of CFO, what all the big dons of the company said in last
AGM/EGM, and what all the auditors had to say on the gala cash holdings
of the company.

Todays ET reports of one Mr Krishna G Palepu
was on board. Incidentally he was also on board of GTB (oh its global
trust bank). And if newspaper reports are to be believed he has been
asked to quit from board of other companies where he sits as
independent director. Connoisseurs of Harvard Business Review must be
more familiar with his name.

Also heard, one retired cabinet secretary is also on the board of satyam.

Unrealistic expectation and desire to out do the targets...sounds familiar?
