The workshop focused on interview skills and following points were covered under the same:

1. Pre preparation
2. Points to be included in the CV
3. Do’s and don’ts on the interview day
4. Do’s and don’ts during the interview
5. Concluding interview
6. Negotiating package

The workshop was interactive and began with a mock interview which was analyzed. Relevant references were drawn from the mock interview while covering the above mentioned points.

Mr. Pushkaraj Wagh also touched upon following areas:

1. Performance review
2. FAQ’s for the interview
3. Various types of managers
4. 1^st day at office

 One more mock interview was conducted towards the end of the workshop to gauge the learning of the students from the workshop.

He would be conducting another lecture on Insurance in first week of December.
