Sanjay Kirloskar is Chairman & MD of Kisloskar Brothers Limited [KBL] and grandson of SM Kirloskar.

>In Egypt pump means Kirloskar thanks to the company's early presence in the country.
>KBL completed world's largest irrigation project for the Gujarat government.
>KBL is one of the few companies in the world which provide end to end product service.
>At KBL, Top Line means sanity, Bottom line means varity, Cash flow means reality.
>When you take over family business, responsibility is more because high standards set by peers.
>KBL Coimbatore plant: All employees are women and manufacture products for women & household. Rejection is 840 PPM ,which lowest in KBL.
Highlights of Alok Kirloskar's message:
>KBL is one of the few companies who manufactured sodium pumps for nuclear reactors.
>E E E Focus ( Education Experience Expertise)
>A A A (Adaptive Appropriate Affordable)
>KBL tries to implement same technology developed for one geography into other geographies, which might have slightly different applications.
>Soul is value system of a company and cash flow is the spirit of it.

KBL is trying to became TOP5 company in pump manufacturing in world.
KBL wants to became Indian multinational and fly high the national tricolor.
Convert knowledge in to software or working model common for all. Turn experience into software.
Descaling of company with authority and responsibility.
Always calculate performance per manager in each field and pay necessary attention.
Nurture people from within organization to grow.
Advice for young entrepreneur:
From Sanjay Kirloskar:
1.Always start from bottom of work and rise to top level.Get your hand dirty to have extra edge over others.
2.Be passionate for work you do.Be extremely curious and don't scared of taking risk.
From Alok Kirloskar:
1.Always remember cash flow while doing business.
2.Use common sense to solve problem instead of solving it by complex methods.
