We all have come to know the reason for Credit Crunch and its harmful effects.  However, if we try to get into microscopic view, we see the problem can be resolved.

Again  lets not solve the problem by getting into what the banks need to do or need not to do.  Lets try to get into the shoes of a person who is running a SME or a small manufacturing firm.

THE SPIRIT OF MUMBAI

Mumbai AttacksTHE SPIRIT OF MUMBAI...its the phrase I strongly denounce, with all the
respect to Mumbaikars, this statement has been abused to such an extent

people have lost lives, people have died and died a gruesome death for
a spending an evening at a cafe, for dining at a hotel, for heading
back home, FOR LIVING THEIR OWN LIFE.

Four years ago, I was flying from JFK NY Airport to SFO to attend a meeting at Monterey, CA.

An American girl was sitting on the right side, near window seat. It indeed was a long journey - it would take nearly seven hours!

I was surprised to see the young girl reading a Bible - unusual of young Americans! (Later I came to know that September 11 has changed mind-set of lot of US citizens. They suddenly turned religious, it seemed.) After some time she smiled and we had few acquaintances talk. I told her that I am from India.

Then suddenly the girl asked: 'What's your faith?' 'What?' I didn't understand the question.

While the Alumni Cell has done a fantastic job in continuing the legacy of organizing Chapter Meet for all our alumni and students across country to come together, discuss key issues, connect with old pals and leave a word of encouragement/scope for the alma mater and the newbies aspiring to emulate one and all in a few years to come, its imperative that we may join hands as alumni here and document the "takeaways"
